The VEED.io Alternative
VEED.io is a broad online editor and AI video generator, priced per seat with credits and a free tier that watermarks exports. It is not built to scan a long video and return the best moments. Shortzly finds and scores the strongest moments in long video, exports with no watermark, and also generates faceless videos from a topic.

Why people look for a VEED alternative
The free tier watermarks exports
VEED.io removes the watermark only on a paid plan - the free tier renders with a VEED watermark. Shortzly's trial and both paid plans export with no Shortzly branding burned in.
Priced per seat, metered by credits
VEED.io charges per user and bills AI features in credits (Creator is $20 a month per seat, or $10 billed yearly, with 6,000 credits a year). Shortzly meters by finished clips, so you pay for what you publish.
A general editor, not a clip finder
VEED.io is a capable all-round editor and generator, but it does not analyze a long video and surface ranked highlights. Shortzly scores every moment and returns the best as ready vertical clips.
No topic-to-publish Autopilot
Shortzly Pro can invent a topic, make the video, and publish it on a schedule. VEED.io has no equivalent automated loop.

Where VEED.io is the better choice
- VEED.io is a far broader tool: a full timeline editor, subtitles, translation into 50+ languages, AI avatars, text-to-video, and a stock library. If you want one editor to do everything, Shortzly is narrower by design.
- It exports up to 4K on its higher tiers, where Shortzly renders 1080p vertical.
- Billed yearly, Creator is $10 a month per seat for 6,000 credits (about 1,500 AI videos), which is strong value if you lean on its AI generation.
- It is built for teams with per-seat plans and brand kits. Shortzly has no team or multi-seat model yet.
