Shortzly is an AI-powered platform that converts long-form videos into short-form clips. The Service includes video analysis, highlight detection, clip rendering, caption generation, and social media publishing features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not own or have rights to use
• Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk downloading of third-party content

• Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload and the clips generated from your content. Shortzly does not claim ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party services (video platforms, AI providers) may experience their own outages. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shortzly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
